Barack Obama will return to the Show-Me State on Saturday, October 18th to hold “Change We Need” rallies in St. Louis and Kansas City. Obama will talk with Missouri voters about his plans to strengthen our economy, offer tax relief to 95 percent of working families, keep good jobs from going overseas and create new jobs in the United States.
